Overview
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund or return. If 14 days pass, we cannot issue a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. You must also keep it in its original packaging.
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email about your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few days.

Refund Processing
If we approve your refund, we will send the amount to your original payment method within a few business days.
If your refund takes longer than expected:

- Contact your credit card provider (some refunds take time to process).

Shipping Returns
To return an item, send it to: 86 DIGENI AKRITA AVENUE, 1061 Nicosia.
- You must cover return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If we issue a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- If returning an expensive item, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
